Auto-Renewal and Subscription Billing Terms

This Auto-Renewal and Subscription Billing Notice explains the recurring billing terms that apply when you purchase a paid Focus-OS™ subscription. It should be read together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Refund & Cancellation Policy. By subscribing, you agree to the terms below and authorize recurring charges until you cancel.

1. Recurring billing authorization

When you purchase a paid subscription, you authorize Fancy N Design LLC and our payment processor, Stripe, to charge your selected payment method for the initial subscription period and for each renewal period until you cancel.

2. Billing period and amount

Your subscription billing period, price, currency, taxes, included features, and any trial terms are displayed before you complete checkout. You are responsible for reviewing these details before subscribing.

3. Automatic renewal

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. Each renewal charge will be for the then-current price of your plan, plus applicable taxes, unless we notify you otherwise as required by law.

4. Trials and promotional offers

If a free trial or promotional period is offered, the trial or promotional terms will be shown before checkout. Unless stated otherwise, the subscription converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial or promotional period unless you cancel before that time.

5. How to cancel

You may cancel anytime through your account settings, the billing portal if available, or by contacting support@focus-os.ai. To avoid a renewal charge, cancellation must be completed before the next renewal date.

6. Effect of cancellation

Unless the checkout page or account settings state otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. You may continue using paid features until the end of the period already paid for, unless your account is suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service.

7. Refunds

Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy. First-time subscription charges may be refundable if requested within 7 days. Renewal charges and partial billing periods are generally not refundable, except where required by law or where we approve a refund in our discretion.

8. Failed payments

If a payment fails, we or Stripe may retry the charge, ask you to update your payment method, limit access to paid features, or cancel the subscription if payment remains unsuccessful.

9. Changes to subscription terms

We may change subscription plans, pricing, features, or billing terms from time to time. We will provide notice where required by law or where a change materially affects an active subscription.

10. Recommended checkout text

Use the following wording near the subscribe button or as a checkout consent statement: “By subscribing, you agree to our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Refund & Cancellation Policy. You authorize us to charge your payment method automatically every billing period until you cancel. Cancel anytime before your next renewal.”
